What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions across tax functions to enhance operational efficiency
- Build solutions for Tax Planning, Accounting, Research, Compliance, and Audit Defense
- Participate as a subject-matter expert on cross-functional teams
- Coach and mentor associates within the department
- Manage the integration of processes, data, and systems for new and acquired entities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in tax disciplines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Demonstrated technical tax skills and leadership abilities
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States and at least eighteen years of age
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a Master's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML applications or programming/data skills in SQL and Python
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms and ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
- Direct experience with tax technology solutions such as OneSource or Vertex
