What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement training programs on product knowledge and clinical education for the Oncology Nurse Educator team and affiliated commercial employees
- Collaborate with internal departments to create compliant training materials and curricula
- Conduct needs assessments and solicit feedback to tailor instructional design
- Monitor alignment with the strategic training plan and track learning outcomes using metrics and KPIs
- Manage the delivery of training initiatives, ensuring high-quality and effective programming
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree with 8 years of related professional experience or a Master's Degree with 6 years of related professional experience
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in hematology/oncology
- Demonstrated knowledge of oncology screening, diagnosis, and treatment
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Board Certified in Oncology Nursing (OCN)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or training within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience in commercial training roles
- Familiarity with managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles
