What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute training programs on product knowledge, clinical education, and account management for the Oncology Nurse Educator team
- Collaborate with internal departments to create compliant training materials and curricula
- Conduct needs assessments and identify participant characteristics to tailor instruction effectively
- Monitor alignment with the Commercial group's strategic training plan and track learning outcomes
- Manage project deliverables and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality training resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree with 8 years of related professional experience or a Master's Degree with 6 years of related professional experience
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical hematology/oncology experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including the development of instructional content
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Board Certified in Oncology Nursing (OCN)
- Experience in sales, marketing, or training within the biotech/pharma industry
- Prior experience in commercial training roles
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing budgets effectively
