What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report critical lease expirations and manage smaller transactions with associated parties
- Prepare negotiation summaries and assist in the transaction management process
- Gather and analyze real estate market data for presentations and meetings
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction information entered into databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license
- 2+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate
- Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in finance or real estate
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills

- Experience with transaction management technology and reporting tools
- Proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet formatting
- Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Experience in client feedback coordination
