Job Description
- Req#: 301466
- Address fleet operational issues, including understanding root cause and instituting long-term fixes.
- Deep dive undelivered loads and implement policies/process to address largest drivers.
- Conduct operational reviews with the carrier to understand.
- Build and maintain the delivery routes for aligned customer base.
- Partner with the DC’s and Branches on fleet process improvements
- Update customer delivery preferences and understand the possible effects of customer preferences on fleet performance.
- Analyze current fleet service performance and drive improvements.
- Implement improvement plans/process changes with base.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years operations experience in areas of supply chain, distribution center, transportation, supplier management or similar areas
- Demonstrated supply chain experience working in partnership with transportation, distribution operations, and inventory management.
- SQL proficiency is a plus.

Position Details:
The Sr Dedicated Transportation Analyst is responsible all transportation activities that occur in their aligned market and corresponding customer geography while leveraging analytics and cross-functional project management.
You will oversee the daily operations of the dedicate fleet, improve efficiency and customer experience through updated routing and optimizing the customer base and track key metrics and work cross-functionally to develop and implement actions plans.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Transportation. This role is based in Lake Forest, IL.
