What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote assigned client product(s) through outbound calls and digital interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Respond to inbound calls from HCPs to address product-related inquiries
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client products and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct prospecting to qualify or disqualify HCPs based on specific criteria
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- At least 1 year of experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales preferred
- 1+ year of pharmaceutical sales experience in renal or rare disease required
- Proven track record of successful virtual engagements through digital platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems for data entry and management
- Strong rapport-building skills and experience in strategic business planning
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex medical information effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience in a remote sales environment
