      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Includes the following:

      • Develop, communicate, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and programs that aligns with our company goals and drives the growth of our gaming and hospitality business.
      • Develop and communicate marketing and loyalty programs guidelines that comply with tribal, state, and national gaming commission rules and regulations.
      • Establish and manage annual corporate marketing and advertising budget. Work with property leadership team to establish annual marketing budgets in line with corporate initiatives.
      • Responsible for marketing technology platforms and CRM tools ensuring effective use and return on investment.
      • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional departments, to develop and refine the overall strategic plan and the operational plans, ensuring successful implementation and alignment across the organization.
      • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
      • Develop and manage customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and data-driven marketing initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
      • Continuously monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and leverage data insights to make data-driven decisions and adapt marketing strategies as needed.
      • Responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our brand presence and drive revenue growth.
      • Establish and enforce marketing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
      • Implement and maintain KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and provide regular reports to the executive team.
      • Support acquisitions and business initiatives and updates marketing plans and programs as needed.
      • Ensure integration and execution of marketing and loyalty programs of acquired or new properties.
      • Develop and establish guest metrics, ROI for marketing events, and other metrics; reports result to properties and executive leadership.
      • Lead the creative development and management of the company’s online presence and strategy, encompassing the website and social media platforms, to differentiate our programs and offerings from competitors.
      • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

      SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

      Manage more than one department through subordinate supervisor/managers. Direct multiple departments through department management.

      EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

      Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline required and at least 15 years of progressive responsibility in casino marketing operations, to include at least ten years of related management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a corporate marketing role in a multi-property casino operation serving diverse markets is preferred. MBA or related master’s degree is preferred.

      KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
      • Must have skills and knowledge in originating, inventing, designing, and creating new ideas to generate revenue and excitement for guests.
      • Strong leadership skills to manager a dynamic marketing team and foster a collaborative culture with skills in leading by example, setting high standards, holding others accountable, and developing the capabilities of team members.
      • Ability to analyze problems and apply logical/cost effective solutions.
      • Ability to take the initiative and foster change, working in an unstructured environment with limited direction.
      • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex marketing strategies and goals effectively to build consensus for new initiatives and to prepare and deliver concise and understandable reports and presentations.
      • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and highly motivated.
      • Willingness to travel and attend off property functions.
      • Ability to work extended hours during special events.
      • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
      • Familiarity with relevant gaming and hospitality regulations, ensuring marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
      • Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
      • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT

      Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. May require light physical effort, handling average weight objects up to 10 lbs., and some standing or walking. Position may have exposure to second-hand smoke while in the casinos. Work will require travel, including overnight stays.
