      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business and technical partners to support Workday Core HCM and Compensation functional areas
      - Maintain clear documentation of key deliverables and timelines, proactively communicating progress to stakeholders
      - Support enhancements, project requests, and defects while providing optimal and timely solutions
      - Conduct fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, and user acceptance testing for Workday applications
      - Generate reports and analytics to support various business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of Workday HCM and Compensation experience
      - 5+ years of experience configuring Core HCM, Compensation, and Absence Management for domestic and international colleagues
      - 4+ years of experience working on calculation fields, complex reports, and various configurations in Workday
      - 3+ years of experience collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects in a timely manner
      - Bachelor’s Degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting HR and Payroll systems for large organizations with non-exempt employees
      - Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience with Project Management, Change Management, and Communications
      - Ability to develop and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders
