What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and build advanced reports and dashboards using Workday
- Create complex calculated fields
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve report-related issues
- Provide training and guidance on self-service reporting solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of Workday report/dashboard design and development experience
- Ability to translate complex information into visually effective formats
- Proactive, organized, and quality-driven
- Experience with HR analytics and data visualization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Certification(s), specifically Workday Reporting
- Experience working in a regulated environment
