Execute on daily priorities for People Systems team while ensuring adherence to all SLA’s and superior customer service.
Provide Workday subject matter expertise across multiple modules (Learning, Talent, Reporting and HCM) to internal and external stakeholders
Analyze business requirements and recommending proposed solutions to ensure business expectations are met
Lead system configuration activities, including documenting work for change control purposes
Adhere to company policies and protocols in solution development and implementation
Lead, with management involvement, meetings to gather and identify business requirements
Lead end-to-end testing activities planning from planning through sign-off
Lead change management activities, including creation & delivery of training and documentation for employees, managers and/or HR colleagues for process & system improvements.
Participate in analyzing case trends to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Highlights improvement opportunities in team huddles.
Establish monitoring approach for new application interfaces and cross-train teammates
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a directly related field
5+ years of HR operations experience, including functional support of Workday
Project management experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Workday Learning, Core HCM, Talent, reporting and configuration required
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
Experience in designing and developing interactive multimedia content for e-learning.
Exposure to relevant delivery methodologies including web based custom application development and integration technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to independently develop presentations for senior-level audiences
Ability to facilitate meetings with limited support of management
Ability and personal confidence to influence and diplomatically lead others
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to multi-task
Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel (includes V-Lookups)

Get to Know the Opportunity:
The Sr. Workday People System Analyst will serve as senior member in Tier 3/HR operations team. This Sr. Analyst will actively participate and, at times, independently lead implementation of HR software releases, ongoing enhancements, and new modules/projects to improve HR processes via technology.
Please Note: Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
