What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and develop bottoms-up build of store payroll budgets within Reflexis
- Manage trends to ensure staffing meets customer demand leading up to big events
- Load weekly staffing budgets for all doors into Reflexis for accurate schedule generation
- Provide coaching and training on scheduling best practices to store managers and lead schedulers
- Build strong partnerships with Regional Operations Managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
- 5+ years of staffing analyst experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and draw conclusions
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse systems and business intelligence platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products like Excel and Access
