Job Description
- Req#: 35792
- Capacity utilization of 100% for the assigned commodity
- Maintain claim mix proportionate to intake in the respective commodity
- Maintain quality of 98% for the assigned commodity
- Identify concerns during assessment to discuss with Leads for further improvement in claim controls
- Inputs to standardize the assessing steps / rules / practices / cost opportunities across the globe
- Commodity based recommended trainings in STARS/Warranty trainings in wingspan as suggested by the Leadership team
- Check SharePoint and action market queries with in a day

Qualifications
EDUCATION: Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Automobile Engg EXPERIENCE: 3-6 years’ experience in Automobile dealership preferably experienced at warranty data processing.
SKILLS: Good communicator with good interpersonal skills, Technical diagnostic skills or Basic technical, Warranty background, Computer literacy, Flexibility
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: The ability to perform well within a team or on your own. Polite and a good communicator. To assist others within the team as and when required SUPPORT Training and development for role as and when required Responsibilities
