      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end stability process, including the creation of annual master plans and coordination with testing labs
      - Review and approve stability protocols and impact assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards
      - Compile and document annual stability summary reports, including statistical trend analysis
      - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for stability-related inquiries and data entry into company systems
      - Participate in project meetings and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a science field
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in stability study management within the pharmaceutical industry
      - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
      - In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical stability programs and methodologies
      - Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in compiling complex investigations, procedures, and protocols
      - Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma
      - Background in stability coordination for pharmaceuticals, biologics, or vaccines
      - Knowledge of analytical testing methods related to pharmaceuticals and vaccines
      - Experience with change control processes and CAPA management in a pharmaceutical setting
