      Key Responsibilities:

      • Prepare and review financial entries and reports
      • Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
      • Analyze financial performance across multiple locations
      • Audit and verify financial transactions and documentation
      • Clear monthly bank account items and maintain ledgers
      • Assist with monthly close processes and special reports
      • Review and approve invoices and credit memos
      • Help with compliance tasks (e.g., taxes, licenses, utilities)
      • Follow internal controls and backup financial data

      Skills & Qualifications:

      • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
      • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
      • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
      • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
      • Able to multitask and work independently or in a team

      Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
      • 2–3 years of accounting experience
