      Our dynamic team is seeking a Staff Accountant. This position will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a knack for numbers, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the Non-Profit sector. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on the use of NetSuite CRM, Paycom Payroll, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and Payroll.
      Responsibilities:
      • Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
      • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
      • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable and receivable functions.
      • Manage payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes.
      • Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account.
      • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
      • Review and release online banking payments.
      • Ensure compliance with state revenue service, taxation, and other relevant laws.
      • Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
      • Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.
      • Prepare documentation for external auditors.

      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
      • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
      • Proficient in NetSuite CRM and Paycom Payroll software.
      • Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
      • Demonstrated ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
      • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Excellent data entry skills.
      • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
      • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
      • Proven ability to meet and document all deadlines.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills.
