      TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

      Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Required)

      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (Required)

      • Experience with Workday Financials and Salesforce (Strongly Preferred)

      • Strong mathematical skills

      • Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles

      • Excellent time management skills and detail orientation

      • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

      Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

      • Assist the accounting department by managing accounts receivable, assisting in monthly accounting procedures, and assist with any additional ad hoc projects as assigned.

      • Effectively communicate with clients regarding past due invoices and statements

      • Work with our customers on any and all billing issues by communicating with client finance and delivery teams

      • Assist in the processing of Accounts Payable

      • Coordinate commission payouts and maintain commission trackers for the Sales department

      • Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records

      • Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables and receivables

      • Ensure the accuracy of the organization's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes

      • Protect business against unintentional overpayment

      • Report to the Controller and work to improve financial processes

      Physical Requirements:

      • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

      The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $45,000 - $50,000.
