- Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial records, including general ledgers and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable ledgers to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation.
- Monitor and track inventory transactions and costs in alignment with manufacturing operations.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis to aid financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and improve processes.
- Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial records.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably within a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP, etc.).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
