Job Description

- Prepares and organizes monthly and quarterly reports to the Board of Directors for bank subsidiaries of the Corporation
- Prepares variance analysis of certain income and expense accounts for presentation to the Board of Directors of bank and non-bank subsidiaries
- Prepares various reconciliations on a daily, monthly, and/or quarterly basis, as needed
- Coordinates data collection and facilitates filing of annual personal property renditions for Texas bank markets
- Facilitates and processes the general ledger account setup, deletion and/or locking
- Facilitates and gathers data quarterly for FDICIA recon monitoring
- Maintains fixed asset records for bank and non-bank subsidiaries of the Corporation, including processing and posting monthly depreciation, disposal and acquisition entries
- Provides ad hoc reporting on fixed asset information for bank and non-bank subsidiaries
- Organizes data gathering and prepares monthly stale item report to the Board of Directors of the bank subsidiaries
- Coordinates payment of real and personal property tax bills
- Communicates with other areas of the bank on data needed by them for completion of their tasks, monitoring activity or process improvement
