Job Description

- Support the monthly and quarterly close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and accrual schedules, with a focus on accrual expense accounting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and consolidation reports in compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to maintain accurate records in Oracle ERP and support system-related inquiries or tasks.
- Provide support in ongoing FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) processes and related projects, including report validation and data integrity checks.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests by preparing supporting documentation and schedules.
- Help maintain and document accounting procedures and internal controls in accordance with company policy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to efforts to streamline financial workflows.
- Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks and support special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Occasional travel may be required as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; working toward CPA is a plus.
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably including time in public accounting or a corporate accounting department.
- Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting principles and experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Exposure to Oracle ERP or other major enterprise accounting systems; FCCS experience is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and basic internal control concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and exposure to FCCS are strong pluses.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
