      Annual Salary: $65,000

      Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5 PM

      Location: Mesa, AZ

      Education:

      • High school diploma or GED required.
      • Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or other business related fields required.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES: Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

      • Prepare and complete supporting schedules to monthly financial statements.
      • Prepare monthly financials for programs and agency.
      • Reconcile and invoice inter-company accounts.
      • Complete reconciliations for various accounts as needed on Trial Balance monthly, for Intercompany, Restricted Funds, Pledge, and others as needed.
      • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries as needed.
      • Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices and reports for non-system contracts.
      • Reconcile multiple bank accounts.
      • Flexibility and adaptability are essential to this position.
      • Cross-training in job duties of other office staff as appropriate.
      • Provide Audit support as needed for Leaf and related entities.
      • Provide support with preparation and gathering of information for 990's for Leaf and related entities.
      • Assist with Budgets, Proposals and Analytics as needed.
      • Cross-training in job duties of other office staff as appropriate.
      • Must communicate appropriately and effectively with all program facilities, their staff, and the public.
      • Attend and participate in meetings and/or projects as requested by management.
      • Demonstrate and provide strong communications skills both verbally and in writing.
      • Determine priority for program components in conjunction with the Program Manager.
      • Maintain standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times, including verbal and written client/family information.
      • Responsible for implementing and enforcing safety performance standards.
      • Represent A NEW LEAF and its mission in a variety of public and community settings, doing so in ways that uphold the highest in professional and moral ethics.
      • Assist with responsibility for appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of facility and equipment in the agency.

      Compliance/Requirements:

      • Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
      • Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
      • Current Auto Liability Insurance
      • 39 Month Motor Vehicle Record
      • Must Be at Least 21 Years of Age
