What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary resource for financial issues at assigned ambulatory surgery centers
- Manage cash flow and proprietary cash management system
- Prepare financial statements and analyze variations
- Reconcile fixed asset costs, physical inventory, and bank accounts
- Analyze income statement trends and balance sheet accounts
- Handle payroll and benefits activities
- Interpret legal agreements and assist with center analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an Accredited College or University
- Public accounting or industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
