What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and process bank reconciliations for all property and home entities accurately and on a timely basis
- Perform monthly close process in accordance with GAAP
- Prepare monthly journal entries, including inter-company eliminations, expense accruals, prepaid expenses, and depreciation
- Responsible for explaining monthly fluctuations in account balances
- Assist Accounting Manager and Controller as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- College degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and adept at learning new software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
