  STAFF ACCOUNTANT

  The Role:
  We have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team, based out of our home office in Southlake, TX. In this role, you will provide a variety of accounting services including accounts payables, sales recording, invoice cataloging, general ledger entry, and bank deposits. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are vital. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of professional accounting experience.
  Responsibilities:
  • Distribute and scan mail
  • Weekly auditing and recording of sales folders in general ledger
  • A/P & General ledger entry
  • Bank deposits
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Invoice importing
  • 1099 filing
  • Work directly with Café Leaders and Area Coaches on store matters
  • Assist with other projects as needed
  Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
  • Restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry experience preferred
  • Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Outstanding research, analysis, and communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
