- Distribute and scan mail
- Weekly auditing and recording of sales folders in general ledger
- A/P & General ledger entry
- Bank deposits
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice importing
- 1099 filing
- Work directly with Café Leaders and Area Coaches on store matters
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- Restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry experience preferred
- Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Outstanding research, analysis, and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
