Join the Gundersen Health System team as a Staff Chaplain in our Hospice program, where compassionate care meets spiritual support. In this vital role, you will provide emotional and spiritual guidance to patients and their families during challenging times, fostering a sense of peace and comfort. Be a part of a dedicated team that values holistic care and strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

What's Available:

• Part-Time, 20 hours a week

• Monday - Friday, Days, 8-hour shifts

• On-Call every 5th weekend for immediate patient care needs

• Based on site in La Crosse, WI with travel to see patients in their homes, facility or hospital

• Salary Range starting at $25,937 + more for experience

What You'll Need:

• Master's degree in Theology from an accredited institution or equivalent

• Ordained or commissioned to function in ministry by an appropriate religious authority and faith group endorsement for chaplaincy

• Four quarters of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) in an accredited ACPE center(s)

• 3-4 years of ministry/chaplaincy experience

• Must be certified with a recognized national agency within 3 years of hire date.
