      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement data protection strategies, including classification, access controls, and encryption
      - Conduct regular data risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats
      - Enforce data security policies and ensure compliance with regulations
      - Lead incident response efforts related to data breaches
      - Act as a mentor to other data protection engineers, providing guidance and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on data protection and privacy
      - Proven experience with data protection technologies, such as encryption and data loss prevention tools
      - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .Net
      - Experience in managing and supervising other data protection engineers
      - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity laws and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
      - 3+ years of experience with architecture and design
      - 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services
      - One or more cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
