      Job Summary
      Member of team responsible for modeling development for pSemis patented high-performance UltraCMOS technology. This position will work closely with modeling engineers and CAD to support internal design groups and external foundry customers with model extraction flow development and data analysis. The role will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance to design teams in their area of expertise.

      Roles & Responsibilities
      This position has responsibility for:

      1. Methodology development for complex model extractions
      2. Detail analytical analysis of characterization data to investigate non-classical behavior
      3. Provide required equipment specifications for advanced measurement system configuration
      4. Statistical model development and analysis
      5. Model implementation and flow development for multiple EDA platforms
      6. Provide technical leadership, insight, mentoring, and support to the design community, modeling team, and technology team

      Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

      1. 6 years of relevant experience
      2. 3 years of demonstrated technical leadership
      3. Demonstrated ability to develop RF and large signal model extraction flow
      4. Familiarity with measurement system for advanced characterization (IV, CV, S-parameters, Pulsed-measurements, Load-Pull, IMD, etc.)
      5. Experience developing a design of experiment for model extraction
      6. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics
      7. Understanding of the interaction between semiconductor manufacturing and device performance

      Preferred Qualifications

      1. BSIM, PSP, ANN, and/or Angelov model extraction methods
      2. Experience in high frequency measurements for S-parameters, IP3, IMD, and NF
      3. High frequency model development for PA and LNA applications
      4. Knowledge of SPICE Simulation Language
      5. Understanding of CMOS, LDMOS, GaN modeling
      6. Understanding of large signal device electrical and thermal performance
      7. Understanding of impedance matching and two port networks
      8. Strong understanding of PA design and simulation methods

      Education Requirements
      MS EE or related field + 8 years, Ph.D preferred
