What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage functional and technical systems expertise to support Finance department needs
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Collaborate with Finance leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications
- Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries and ETL jobs
- Good understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and forecasting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Sound understanding of project management techniques and methodologies
