      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership to engineering teams across multiple areas and own complete solutions throughout their life cycle
      - Collaborate with product managers and team members to influence and build vision for complex enterprise-class business applications
      - Ensure quality, usability, and performance of technology solutions
      - Lead design sessions and code reviews to elevate engineering standards
      - Mentor junior team members and share best practices to improve processes within and across teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience within a Java framework (J2EE, web containers, and Java)
      - At least 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience with architecture and design of systems
      - Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service for at least 3 years
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Fluency and specialization in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or C#
      - Experience in building products using microservices-oriented architecture and REST APIs
      - Knowledge of DevOps concepts and Azure DevOps Operational Framework
      - Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
      - Strong problem-solving ability and capability to excel in a startup-like environment
