What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide cybersecurity expertise and leadership across major portions of complex projects
- Perform threat modeling on device security architecture and assess cybersecurity risks
- Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and cyber signal incident responses
- Support process definition and improvements
- Provide technical consulting, leadership, and advice to peers and program management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a major science or engineering discipline
- Significant and relevant overall engineering or equivalent experience and education
- Experience with product cybersecurity in a product development/R&D environment
- Experience with medical device or other highly regulated applications
- Proven engineering knowledge crossing into multiple technical disciplines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Master's degree in science or engineering
- At least 7 years of overall engineering or equivalent experience and education
- Experience in Medical Device development, particularly understanding needs in a clinical setting
- Experience with data privacy standards such as HIPAA
