      Job Description

      Our Staff Housing Attendants play an integral role at the hotel by providing employees who reside in Staff Housing a positive and healthy living experience. We are the first people our new employees meet when they arrive and the last people they see when they depart. If you enjoy being a part of an amazing team, providing great customer service to fellow employees, this Staff Housing Attendant position will be a perfect fit for you.

      Starting Rate: $18.72 per hour

      We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $22.32

      Job Duties Include:

      • Perform daily inspections, clean hallways, laundry rooms, and common areas, report maintenance issues, and ensure rooms are prepared for new colleagues.
      • Welcome new employees, escort them to their rooms, and provide information about their living environment and surroundings.
      • Maintain outdoor areas year-round, including lawn care, snow removal, and general property upkeep.
      • Assist with staff housing office coverage, move furniture and appliances as needed, and ensure recycling centers are emptied.
      • Maintain high cleanliness standards in assigned guestrooms, including making beds, vacuuming, and dusting, while respecting privacy and belongings.

      Qualifications

      Your Skills & Qualifications:

      • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
      • Excellent interpersonal skills
      • Excellent organizational skills and time management
      • Physically fit as you will be standing and walking throughout shift
      • Able to push, pull, lift up to 50+ lbs.
      • Able to bend and kneel with comfort
