      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform
      - Stay current with emerging trends in AI and platform technologies, providing research-based recommendations
      - Rapidly design and prototype technical solutions using various AI frameworks
      - Collaborate with diverse teams to co-develop and launch innovative proof of concepts (PoCs)
      - Engage directly with customers to co-create solutions that meet their goals and challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in product management within Agile environments
      - In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform’s capabilities and features
      - Proven experience working across teams, including Product Management, Design, and Engineering
      - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication
      - Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data science
      - Experience applying design thinking to build user-focused solutions
      - Comfort in conducting user research and leading co-creation sessions
      - Technical fluency in Agile and ServiceNow development, with experience in Large Language Models and AI technologies
