What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with a small team of experienced designers in defining, designing, and documenting user-experience and interface aspects of Emergency Care products
- Focus on mobile and web software applications, supporting both UI and UX elements
- Follow existing visual design brand language guidelines for user interface design
- Support the design of user interfaces for physical products as well as digital solutions
- Work closely with software engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to generate creative solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Design or related discipline
- 4-7 years of experience, medical devices highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for creating digital prototypes
- Experience with design research, user testing, and direct customer interactions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in medical device design
- Familiarity with information architecture, task flow diagrams, and interaction modeling techniques
- Knowledge of design systems and establishing visual brand language
- Experience conducting user research and contextual interviews
