What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead engineering teams in developing solutions across the entire life cycle
- Design and implement real-time data streaming solutions using technologies such as Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Collaborate on system architecture to ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices throughout the organization
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance and troubleshoot issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience
- At least 3 years of experience in architecture and design
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service for at least 3 years
- Strong problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience in real-time event-streaming platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks for 4+ years
- Experience with container orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
- Understanding of CI/CD tooling like Jenkins, Gradle, and Artifactory
- Passion for documentation and mentoring junior developers
