Will work with customers, operators, and end user surrogates to develop Concept of Operations (CONOPS) that lead to detailed system design and requirements. Will lead system architecture development through model-based systems engineering (MBSE) building a shared, configuration managed, architecture model at multiple levels that will be used by multiple functional groups and stakeholders on internal and customer funded programs. Will be the focal point on programs for system knowledge and design decisions. Candidate will be expected to have a solid understanding of the system, subsystems, and components, as well as all internal/external interfaces. Will help design and ensure compliance of interfaces between software and hardware using architecture models as the truth source and managing changes within the models when updates are required.
