      Job summary

      We have a vacancy for a staff nurse to work within the Specialist Palliative Care Inpatient Unit.

      The role includes the provision of specialist palliative care as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting patients with complex symptom management needs and working with the team in delivering a high standard of holistic end of life care.

      Main duties of the job

      Qualifications and Experience:

      Applications are welcome from candidates with:

      • Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council
      • Recent experience in acute or palliative care nursing.

      Hours:

      Up to 37.5 hours per week worked over a 7 day rota including rotation to nights.

      Salary:

      £29,284 per annum, pro rata, plus weekend unsocial hours enhancement of 30%
