Job summary
We are looking for registered nurses who are wanting a new challenge and have a passion to do things differently, we are offering excellent opportunities for nurses to join us at this exciting time.
You will be responsible for the assessment and implementation of care for acutely unwell patients with Renal and General Medicine. You will be part of a dynamic and exciting team making exciting changes that will affect the way the hospital is run from the front door and throughout.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will participate in the delivery of high standards of care to patients and their families. In particular take responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of evidenced-based nursing care to a group of patients
They will participate in the management of the ward when required, ensuring smooth and efficient running in the absence of the Ward Manager or Senior Staff Nurse. They will take responsibility for their own self-development helping to provide a suitable learning environment and high standards of clinical practice. To recognise own limitations and seek advice and support from senior staff.
