- Provide operational guidance for on-going cases, ensuring any issues are identified.
- Identity pros/cons of possible activities.
- Provide administrative assistance to support senior leadership and project development.
- Provide briefings on cases to senior officials and identifying potential issues.
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and Poly.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree, or relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
- Ability to quickly learn analysis tools, application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Open Source analysis experience.
- Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT reporting and target development.
- Excellent presentation and written skills, effective in developing and presenting briefings on complex issues to client managers.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
Description
SAIC is seeking a Staff Operations Officer (SOO) to provide support to one of our US Government customers. The SOO will interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. The candidate will provide the customer with support and provide guidance in a challenging, fast paced environment. A successful SOO candidate would provide support for a wide range of operational and programmatic activities, think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately.
