What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand customer needs, craft a strategic product roadmap, and lead execution for new product initiatives
- Prioritize feature requirements and collaborate cross-functionally with R&D stakeholders to build new products
- Work closely with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches across various customer segments
- Drive awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention of new product capabilities
- Define and measure objectives and key results (OKRs) to support strategy and roadmap decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8-10 years of varied product management experience across startups and scaled companies
- Strong product sense and UX design experience with empathy for customer needs
- Experience in building 0-to-1 SaaS products and scaling from 1-to-100 in a product-led-growth environment
- Proven track record in building and monetizing productivity solutions in a B2C or B2B context
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a founder in a SaaS company
- Familiarity with using AI/ML to enhance customer experiences
- Willingness to work in the San Francisco office 1-3 times per week
