- Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Perform physical therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards
- Participate in team meetings and care planning sessions
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Texas Physical Therapy license
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compensation: $78000+ Base * Salary Based on Experience Level!
