What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult patients
- Demonstrate competency in delivering care to critically ill patients
- Utilize clinical competence in the management of target patient populations
- Understand and manage hemodynamics, sepsis, and related interventional treatments
- Interpret and operate bedside devices such as intra-aortic balloon pumps, EKGs, and ventricular assist devices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five years of critical care or equivalent area of practice experience
- Minimum of two years of nursing education at an accredited School of Nursing
- Current, unrestricted Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Preferred certifications including CCRN, CCRN-E, CSC, CMC, CNRN, CEN, or TNCC

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Experience in a critical care setting for over five years
- Knowledge of hemodynamics and sepsis management
- Additional certifications such as CCRN, CCRN-E, CSC, CMC, CNRN, CEN, or TNCC
