We are seeking a proactive Staff / Senior Accountant to manage a high volume of transactions for a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong general accounting knowledge and a good attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day day accounting operations including returns, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Engage in ad hoc projects and analysis.
• Participate in the companys monthend close process, managing oversight over assets and liabilities such as prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and cash reconciliation.
• Prepare general journal entries and account reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience with NetSuite and Shopify is a plus.
• Good attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Transactional, general accounting knowledge.
• Manufacturing or retail industryexperiencepreferred.
