      We are looking for a Staff Level Setup Desk Analyst. This level of a Setup Desk Analyst is responsible for being a lea son with Account Management, Clients and Setup Desk Engineers to facilitate the setup up and configuration of EP’s SmartStart. The primary focus being to provide excellent end to end experiences to EP clients. Along with being responsible for timely communication, setting expectations and clarifying configuration details. This is a client facing role for a self-motivated individual that can prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate to all levels of the organization.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Understand the SmartStart system – EP’s digital start packet solution – its capabilities and service.
      • Learn Internal EP Center of Excellence functions in order to navigate how each is pivotal to the system set-up. Liaise with technology, contracts, and other divisions that have touch points to the system.
      • Share responsibilities of incoming client communications, troubleshoot client challenges, and brainstorm with other team members on solutions to client issues in a timely manner.
      • Work with clients to document and then communicate client needs and goals to Setup Desk Engineers.
      • Validate c lients SmartStart c onfiguration to ensure client overall satisfaction.
      • Handle multiple projects simultaneously along with day-to-day duties and any other client or internal special requests.
      • Participate in team meetings to discuss successes/failures of projects and offer suggestions for improvements.
      • Utilize Salesforce as a CRM tool and run accurate and timely reports out of the system.
      • Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in Setup Desk initiatives that require cross department coordination and collaboration. This includes defining the scope , objectives and success criteria as well as t rack ing and report ing on progress .
      • Utilize JavaScript, JSON, and YAML in the set-up of system.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

      • Experience working in a fast-paced demanding environment
      • 1 + years’ experience in an analytical or technical environment.
      • 3 + years' experience in, or directly supporting, a client facing role.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, related field, or equivalent work experience.
      • Experience in any of the following areas preferred but not required: the entertainment industry (Production), Payroll, HRIS systems, SmartStart.
      • Excellent client service / people skills- ability to work with many different personalities.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client issues at a time.
      • Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
      • Strong Follow Up skills
      • Solid troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking
      • Demonstrate customer service orientation with problem solving and diplomacy skills.
      • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool required.
      • Must have experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and a CRM tool such as Salesforce.
      • Knowledge of requirements documentation and project tracking.
      • Working knowledge of EP SmartStart system preferred.
      • Development experience preferred with a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools. Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON and YAML or an equivalent programming language preferred.
      • Articulate, persuasive, strategic, proactive, detailed and a high aptitude for learning new and creative ways to solve problems more efficiently
