- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience with speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or related ML fields.
- 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning.
- 3 years of experience in software design and architecture.
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years in a technical leadership role managing project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working on cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, manage priorities, and influence team alignment.
- Lead design and implementation in ML areas, optimize infrastructure, and guide model and data strategies.

Salary Range:
The US base salary range is $197,000-$291,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Exact figures depend on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Details will be shared during hiring.
