  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Architect and lead the development of a cloud-native fleet management system for real-time control and monitoring of autonomous vehicles
  - Design and implement scalable, distributed systems for high-volume data processing and decision-making
  - Develop robust APIs and microservices for integration with various vehicle platforms and customer systems
  - Implement data analytics and machine learning capabilities for predictive maintenance and performance optimization
  - Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 10+ years of software development experience, focusing on backend systems and distributed architectures
  - Extensive experience in building and scaling cloud-native SaaS platforms, preferably in IoT or robotics
  - Expert-level proficiency in at least one of Python, Go, Java, or C++
  - Deep understanding of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  - Proven experience with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with IoT platforms, robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS), or autonomous vehicle technologies
  - Knowledge of AMQP, MQTT, DDS, or other IoT-specific communication protocols
  - Familiarity with edge computing and fog architectures
  - Experience with simulation environments for autonomous systems testing
  - Expertise in building and maintaining scalable API platforms
