      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and drive the overall strategy for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR)
      - Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
      - Design and implement robust risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuous business operations
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BCDR considerations into development processes
      - Lead the design and architecture of resilient systems, considering both on-premises and cloud-based solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software engineering
      - Fluency in modern programming languages such as Go, Java, and Python
      - In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture and SRE practices
      - Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service for at least 3 years
      - Excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully building software in large organizations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
      - Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data engineering
      - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CBCP, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
      - Strong background in incident management and creating incident response playbooks
      - Visionary thinker with the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities
