What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, design, and develop a cloud-based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
- Integrate third-party interface engines to facilitate data exchange between healthcare systems
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in best practices for AWS development and cloud security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field
- Strong proficiency in Go programming language
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
- Proven experience in building and deploying cloud-based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with third-party interface engines and healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR
- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices, including IAM roles and HIPAA-compliant architecture
