What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and thought leadership across multiple areas within the enterprise
- Develop and execute software development strategies for various domains
- Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection strategies
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in technology or identity engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in security, identity, architecture, and design
- In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and cryptographic protocols
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
- Fluency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, or Rust
- Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with micro-services oriented architecture and REST APIs
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to security risks
