What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), mentoring engineers and guiding team performance
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications for high-availability, customer-facing EMR-integrated tools
- Navigate AI technologies and identify practical applications to enhance product functionality and user experience
- Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, including CI/CD tooling and performance tuning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Architecture to shape technical solutions aligned with long-term goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in a relevant technical field and 7+ years of engineering experience demonstrating strong progression and impact
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentoring in collaborative, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards and testing
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems and high-volume transaction environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tech stack including C#, .NET, Angular, Python, AWS, Terraform, Octopus Deploy, Azure DevOps, and New Relic
- Background in healthcare or health IT
