What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop applications and contribute to UI and middle-layer development
- Own projects that align with the product development strategy
- Design and implement solutions for a delightful and intuitive user experience
- Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders, including Product Managers and Backend Engineers
- Ensure the underlying platform is extensible, scalable, and secure

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10+ years of production application development experience
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, React, CSS/HTML, and familiarity with TypeScript
- Excellent debugging skills and ability to identify root causes of issues
- Experience integrating web APIs or micro-services with UI in collaboration with backend developers
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing best practices for incorporating AI into user flows
- Familiarity with standard development tools and processes such as GitHub Workflows, Git, and JIRA
- Experience building systems in production with over 10,000 users
- Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity and demonstrate initiative
