      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity program strategy and software development
      - Lead design, development, and delivery of security solutions to enhance Vulnerability Management initiatives
      - Deliver automation initiatives and develop proofs of concept to improve security capabilities
      - Develop, integrate, and maintain cybersecurity designs, architectures, policies, and procedures
      - Mentor peers and team members in security technologies and enterprise solution design

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of non-internship professional software engineering experience in building large-scale distributed systems
      - 4+ years of experience with architecture and design in a tech lead role
      - 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud providers
      - Strong knowledge of industry-standard security tools, frameworks, and best practices
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or equivalent education with work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain, preferably in Vulnerability Management Engineering
      - Experience working with auditors and demonstrating security controls
      - Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP) are a plus
      - Foundational knowledge of security best practices for system design and development
      - Experience assessing security vulnerabilities and driving their remediation is a plus
